STANDARD SERVICE - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DHL eCommerce / DHL Global Mail)
For international orders, we use DHL Global Mail, which typically takes 9-16 business days depending on your region. With this service, your package is sent via DHL to your country and then handed over to your local postal service for final delivery. Please note that this is not a fully tracked service once the package is handed over to your local postage service.
Tracking Your Order
All you need to do to track your order is add your order number to "AUTIM" to get your tracking number. For example, if your order number is TB144123, then your tracking number will be AUTIMTB144123.

EXPRESS SERVICE - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DHL Express)
If you prefer a faster service, you may select "Express International Shipping" when finalizing your order.

This is an Express Service that typically delivers your package within 3-5 business days.

Full tracking is available, allowing you to monitor your shipment's journey.

Packages are delivered via the DHL network directly to your door by a DHL courier.

Live Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates (DHL eCommerce / DHL Global Mail / DHL Express) are live rates provided directly by our courier services. We do not add any margin to these rates and pass them on exactly as we are charged. Rates may vary due to courier price changes.

Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office before purchasing. These fees are typically collected by the courier service or upon item pickup.

Orders placed before 12 PM Sydney Time (GMT+10) are typically dispatched the same business day.

Order Changes & Adjustments: Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it is automatically sent to our warehouse for dispatch. Modifications are typically not possible after an order is placed.
