When you register an account with Timberbits, we only ask for your name, street address (for courier deliveries) and postal address to get the parcel to you, contact telephone number in case we need to contact you, email address so we can correspond with you and send you tracking numbers etc. We ask for a date of birth because we might start running promotions or gift for Birthdays. If you do not with to disclose to us you date of birth, simply put down 01/01/1111.

We do not sell, nor share you personal information with any third parties other than parties which are involved in the sale process. These may include but not limited to, postal and courier companies, payment gateways, paypal, visa card, master card etc.

Credit card payments are made through the PayPal portal. PayPay does not share with us any of your credit card information. We simply get a notification from them that your order has been paid for.
