Parcel under 750grams or under the value of $100USD will normally be sent via the country postal service (Australia Post, Singapore Post, New Zealand Post, USPS, Royal Mail, etc). Parcels sent this way will normally take between 6 to 15 working days. Please note it is working/business days, which does not include weekends and public holidays.

Parcels over the weight of 750grams or over the value of $100USD will be sent with TNT International Couriers. This will normally take 3 - 5 working days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We regularly ship to overseas destinations. These include but is not limited to - US, UK, Canada, Ireland, France, Germany, South Korea, Japan, Spain, New Zealand, Italy and many many more.

Every customer is important to us and no order is too small. There is no minimum order for overseas customers. We value all our customers - paperwork and red tape is part of running a business, we dont understand why other companies exclude small overseas orders.

What do I do if my order hasnt arrived?

Please contact us, especially if it has been 14 days or more. All of our shipments come with delivery confirmation so we can track your package and let you the expected time for delivery.
